Legal Expense Assistance Plan (LEAP)
Unique to ONA, the Legal Expense Assistance Plan, or LEAP as it is known, provides individual coverage to ONA members for legal expenses should you become involved in a work-related incident. Depending on the situation, LEAP provides ONA members with help in covering costs related to the incident, as well as counselling and legal advice.
Malpractice Insurance
ONA provides malpractice coverage that is in addition to the coverage provided to you at your workplace. This supplemental insurance provides coverage of up to $1.5 million per loss and up to $6 million in aggregate coverage.
